A traditional chilean meal, consisting of a stew of meat and seafood usually barbecued on heated stones.

•Smoked Pork
•Causages
•Smoked pig
•Chiken
•Milcao
•Chapaleles
•Potatoes
PREPARATION
All these ingredients must be placed in a saucepan, in order and in its natural state. This mixture has to be seasoned with herbs and wine, and steamed for 2 hours (Approximately). This can be served with milcao (a mixture of boiled smashed potatoes, raw smashed potatoes which is fried later) and sopaipillas. |
